Improving Bowling Green & Warren County

Roughly 3% of the town participated — 10–30× typical civic engagement — and surfaced actionable consensus on traffic, development, and government accountability. A counter-narrative to "divided America."

In 2018 the American Assembly partnered with the Bowling Green Daily News to run this conversation across Warren County, Kentucky. 2,031 voters contributed 896 statements; the published case study tracks how the consensus translated into local action.
